If your school or organisation does not exist yet on the European School Education Platform, you can create it using the form. The form should be self-explanatory. All fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are required.
Please find below the image a few pointers that you might find useful:
The legal name is the name of the organisation that is registered with, for example, the chamber of commerce. It often includes the legal statue of the organisation, such as ‘Ltd.’ The public name is the name that is displayed in large letters on your building.
If your school is located in one country, but it is part of and operates under the responsibility of the educational system of another country, under Region you can select Country abroad.
The Alternate region is relevant in some countries, where the education system is divided in different regions that do not align with the default region classification.
For schools only:
The school number is required in certain countries. This is an official number assigned to schools by national or regional government.
The Principal’s details are required. These are used to send the principal a one-time notice that their school is registered on the European School Education Platform.
The Accreditation field cannot be set. This information will be updated automatically at a later stage.
Once you filled in the form, confirm that the information you provide is true and valid, and click ‘Create organisation’.
You will then be directed to the ‘Add organisation’ page again. From there, you can complete adding the organisation to your profile by clicking on ‘Submit’.
